Mr. Rajiv Dutta is an esteemed and highly reputed senior advocate at the Supreme Court of India and a renowned arbitrator and mediator, whereby he appeared in a high number of matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, both as an Advocate-on-Record and the arguing counsel in matters involving major branches of Civil and Criminal Law. He has also appeared before many high courts and tribunals such as the Company Law Board, Competition Appellate Tribunal, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, National Green Tribunal, Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal amongst many more. Mr. Dutta has held the office of the Vice Chair of the Sports Law Committee of the International Bar Association and he has not only been a vocal advocate for the need of sports and law in India, but also has several notable publications about sports and law in India. As a registered associate member with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Mr. Dutta has been a part of various arbitration proceedings as a counsel as well.
